Doctor William Portuese received his medical degree from the University of Oklahoma College of Medicine, in 1985. He completed his internship at Louisiana State University Hospital, in Shreveport, Louisiana from 1985-1986, specializing in general surgery.
His residency took place at Louisiana State University hospital, from 1986-1990, where he specialized in Otolaryngology/Head and Neck Surgery, and Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery.

Dr. Portuese underwent his Facial Plastic Surgery Fellowship at the Lasky Clinic, in Beverly Hills, California, under the direction of Dr. Frank Kamer, an internationally renowned facial plastic surgeon.

Dr. Portuese is Board Certified by the American Board of Otolaryngology, Head & Neck Surgery and by the American Board of Facial Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery. He specializes in plastic, cosmetic and reconstructive surgery of the face and neck.

Dr. Portuese is in private practice in Seattle, Washington.
